Partners in PPS project are happy to announce the big step forward on the field of Active Ageing!
With pleasure and with proud we invite all of you - forever young - to take a look, join and start using our brand new e-learning program! It is an innovative tool that you can use from your armchair over distance, with the computer, tablet or smartphone, and is resulting from our EU funded Peer to Peer: Support Fostering Active Ageing project.
It provides answers to the question what is active ageing, and how can ageing become one of the most beautiful and pleasant periods of life. The topics are very interesting, because they have been derived straight from expressed wishes and needs of the seniors, and have already been proven face to face in the classroom.
Even better – participation is free of charge!
One of the main goals is to change the general thinking that seniors are the burden to the society. By encouraging good physical, psychical and social well-being we are looking for new methods in engaging seniors in the society.
We offer quick overlook about main topics that seniors are interested in, with basic information and links to the most important websites that will fulfil their search in knowledge and curiosity.
More knowledge on active ageing based on latest research and current trends in EU. With introduction of e-learning support for PPS active ageing project we hope to raise level of understanding of the importance of active living and remaining good mental and physical shape.
We will officially begin with a pilot implementation on
Monday, 29th of February 2016, at 15.00 CET,
on the website www.activeageingproject.eu. Simply click on the PPS educational house on the right side of the opening PPS screen and start using it!
